An independent watchmaker since the year 2000, Itay Noy creates limited-edition watches by hand – introducing a single new collection each year.  Working in his Jaffa, Israel, studio, he handcrafts and hand assemble watches to order, as well as his own original designs – creating complex dials and modules. Just about 150 watches are made annually. Outstanding lines include  Hyper Scape, Chrono Gears, and Time Tone.
