Master watchmaker Andreas Strehler, known as Engineer for the Brands, Watchmaker for the Few, has earned a coveted place in the Guinness World Records with the incredible Sauterelle à Lune Perpétuelle.



This unique watch has raised the bar for accurate timekeeping to an entirely different plane, engineering a system which virtually eliminates any possible obstacle impeding the escapement, united to a moon phase indicator made of only four components and possessing an unprecedented level of accuracy.



The world record it has taken is “the most precise lunar phase wristwatch”, with a deviation of only 1 day in 2,060,757 years, as validated in November 2014. In so doing, the fascinating Sauterelle à lune perpetuelle virtually rewrites the concept of eternity in watch-making terms.
