Description
Description
Unveiled in 1996, the Tank Française has become one of the Maison's most popular timepieces and is available in multiple sizes to suit any wrist. The present reference is Cartier's quartz model which features a silver guilloche dial with Roman numeral indices and blued sword-shaped hands. Its octagonal crown is elegantly set with a blue spinel cabochon, complementing the hands, while the stainless steel case and bracelet feature a pleasant combination of brushed and polished finishing.
The watch is in overall good condition with light wear throughout commensurate with age. Case is in overall good condition with minor surface wear. Bracelet has minor signs of surface wear throughout commensurate with age. Dial is in overall good condition. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
